Crochet Armidillo

This little armidillo, turned out so adorable that I am already on my second one. He will have a camo coloured shell, but even though he is a guy. I still think he is cute.  The pattern for this cutie found here:

Patriotic Fingers

My attempt at being patriotic.  One set of nails with black as a base color and fireworks painted on with several bright fine tip colors, then sparkles added to enhance the whole thing.  Sparkles go good with everything when it comes to finger nails.  Then for the second pair of hands(two year old hands have SMALL finger nails) I did  the base in blue and added red and white stripes, and of course she needed sparkle to.  Who knew you could get so many polishes onto nails so small.

Fresh Crocheted Stawberries

My youngest daughters favorite fruit. I think they turned out pretty cool, although my husband thinks I should make chocolate covers for them so she can make them chocolate covered when she so desires.

All Green Arangement

This arrangement graced my dinning/kitchen area a week or two ago.  I like all the textures, while keeping it monochromatic. Of course it also served the purpose of being tasty as well!

latest wall art

These were made by painting on foam board panels that were 32x50. The verses were printed on velum paper and then pasted on. The rind stones and scrapbook paper we found at the craft store.

Popsicle Stick Smiles

Mother/Son project of the day...painting popsicle sticks and hot gluing them on to a can. I think my  son's favorite part was pulling the glue gun trigger. We were both very happy with the outcome!
